News from Sendai

Good news: Akis brother informs us,  that Aki and her family are doing well!

Not so good news: Aki informs us two hours later that they "will lose water again... The pipe  broke so city will stop water  again... "

It is hard. The earth is still shaking off and on. People cannot sleep, cannot rest.
Still, it is a relief to know, that Aki is with her family in their home. They are alive. It seems unbelievable.  They have necesseries for about ten days.

The news on CNN and BBC are alarming.  I must say, I wonder how the photographers have managed to take videos and pictures during the tsunami. They must have been kept up by angels.

I cannot continue writing. I must hope that our dear family can get support in this disaster.
